Refunds & Cancellation
Fair both ways.

We want you to book with confidence. This page sets out when you can cancel, what you get back, and how our deadline guarantee works. It sits alongside, and does not reduce, your rights under UK consumer law.

1. Your 14-day cancellation right

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you're a consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel a service bought online and get a full refund. Because our builds are fast, we'll usually ask you to agree that we can start work straight away. If you ask us to start within the 14 days and we do, you can still cancel, but you'll pay for the work already done up to that point, and you lose the cancellation right entirely once the work is fully complete. We'll always tell you clearly before we begin.

2. Before we start work

If you've paid but we haven't started building, you can cancel for a full refund, no questions asked. Just email [email protected] and we'll process it back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

3. Once we've started

Once we've begun your build, the time and work already done has real value. If you cancel partway through, we'll refund you fairly for the work not yet done, and keep a reasonable amount for the work completed and the slot we held for you. We'll always explain the figure clearly. If you paid in two instalments, the same fairness principle applies to whichever instalments you've paid.

4. If we deliver and you're not happy

Each package includes a round of revisions precisely so we can make it right. If something genuinely isn't as described or doesn't work, tell us and we'll fix it. We don't offer refunds simply for a change of mind after a site is built and delivered to specification, but we'll always work with you in good faith to get you to "yes, that's perfect".

5. The Drop Everything deadline guarantee

Our £2,999 Drop Everything package promises a live website within 48 hours of us having everything we need from you. If we miss that deadline through our own fault, you get your money back in full, as stated on the pricing page. The guarantee doesn't apply where the delay is caused by waiting on content, approvals or information from you, or by events outside our reasonable control.

6. Cancelling the Care Plan

The £50/month Care Plan is rolling, with no minimum term. You can cancel any time with one month's notice, just email us. Your site stays live and supported until the end of the period you've paid for, and we won't charge you again after that. We don't refund part-months, but you keep the service you've paid for to the end of the cycle. If you leave, we'll help you move your website to another host at no charge.

7. How to cancel or request a refund

Email [email protected] with your booking reference and a quick note of what you'd like. There's no form to fill in and no hoops to jump through. A real person will reply, sort it out, and confirm in writing.

8. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other UK law, including the right to services carried out with reasonable care and skill. If something goes wrong, those rights always apply.
