These are the terms you agree to when you book a website with AI Speed. We've kept them short and honest. If anything is unclear, email us before you book and we'll explain it like a human.

AI Speed ("we", "us", "our") is a UK web design service that builds websites for small businesses, sole traders and new starters. We operate online and serve customers in the United Kingdom only. You can reach us at [email protected]. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
You're buying one of our fixed-price website packages: The Standard (£1,499), The Express (£1,999) or Drop Everything (£2,999). Each price is a one-off payment, quoted in pounds sterling. What's included in each package is listed on our pricing page and forms part of these terms. We don't add VAT to these prices.
An optional Care Plan (£50/month) covers hosting, security, backups, software updates, monthly content edits and human email support. It is a rolling monthly subscription with no minimum term, billed in advance.
Our build times (7 days, 5 days, or 48 hours) start from the point we have everything we need from you, your content, photos, logo, business details and answers to our questions, not from the moment you pay. We'll tell you clearly what we need. If you're slow getting it to us, the clock pauses, and the timeline shifts accordingly. We'll always keep you informed.
To build your site we need accurate information about your business and the right to use any text, images, logos or other material you give us. By providing material to us, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or break the law. You're responsible for the accuracy of the content you supply.
Each package includes a sensible round of revisions to get your site right after we send the first draft. We're reasonable people and we want you happy. What's not included is unlimited redesigns, new features beyond the package, or work outside the agreed scope, those we'll quote separately and only do with your say-so. We don't build full online shops or custom web applications under these packages; if that's what you need, we'll tell you honestly and point you elsewhere.
Payment is taken securely by card through Stripe. You may also pay the one-off build fee in two equal instalments, 50% to start and 50% on launch, at no extra cost, by arrangement. Work begins once your first payment clears. Care Plan subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel.
Once your build is paid for in full, you own the finished website and its content outright. You're free to host it wherever you like. If you're on our Care Plan and decide to leave, we'll help you move your site to another host at no charge. We retain the right to feature your finished website in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
If you take the Care Plan, we host your site on Cloudflare's network and keep it secure, backed up and updated. The plan is month to month, cancel any time with one month's notice and you won't be charged again after that. If you cancel, your site keeps working until the end of your paid period, and we'll hand it over cleanly.
We build fast, well-structured, search-ready websites, but no honest provider can guarantee a specific Google ranking, a specific number of enquiries, or a specific amount of sales. Rankings depend on competition, your market and factors outside anyone's control. We promise a professional, fast, findable website built to current best practice, not a particular business outcome.
We'll always do our best work and put things right if we get something wrong. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with our service is limited to the amount you paid us for the package in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that can't legally be limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the one published on this page on the day you paid. We'll post the date of the latest update at the top of this section.
